Who is eligible?
Ans:
Anyone above the age of 50 with or without their spouse
2. When are you
planning to launch the project?
Ans:
We are planning to launch the project by October 2007 on the Vijaya
Dashami day.
3.
Can this property be inherited by our children?
Ans: No this cannot be. They can only
have a right of residence during their lifetime. The deposit will be
refunded as per our terms and conditions.
4.
If somebody is interested in working outside i.e other than
the VSM Home premises or if somebody is already working outside do you
still allow them to continue working? Or is there any restrictions?
Ans:
No. there are no restrictions as on now. They can still continue
working.
But the homes will not
take any responsibility for what they do outside or whatsoever. But
they can not run an office or have any commercial activity from inside
the Premises of the Homes. They can have their own transportation
facility.

Can the residents have their own conveyance?
Ans:
Yes. They can. But it should be parked in the common parking place.
6.
Do you give admission to disabled people?
Ans: Till now we have not worked on
this. But, yes, if somebody is physically challenged. We can admit them
provided they are prepared to have an assistant at extra cost.
7.
Why did you not mention anything about admitting physically
and mentally challenged people in your Homes?
Ans: Actually we have not planned to
have Infirmaries right now. But very soon we are planning to have one
such Homes for them.
8.
What happens if our children or guests want to visit us for
some weeks?
Ans: They can visit as and when
required. Once a year, for 7 days, 2 guests would be accommodated free
of cost in the Guest house. They would be charged only for the food.
Above that, they would have to pay for both the food and stay.
9.
Can our guests visit us frequently for a couple of days? What
is the arrangement for them?
Ans: They are most welcome. They can
stay in the guest house at extra cost for the room and food and for any
usage of other facilities.
10.
Can the residents use their expertise in assisting the running
of the Home?
Ans:
The Residents are most welcome in helping the administration. There
would be committees formed for the same.
11.
Do we have to pay for the maintenance if we go out on a long
vacation?
Ans:
The people on vacation need not pay certain maintenance works
and washing of clothes etc., but have to still pay for certain cleanings
and others.

Can we use the cottages on time share basis ? We may visit India once
in six months only. We may stay
in the
Cottage for a month or up to a maximum of six months . If so, what are
the terms and conditions?
Ans: Yes.We are considering
this issue. We have not decided anything on this so far.

Can we come and visit the cottages?
Ans:
Yes. Once we start and get the model cottages ready certainly anybody
will be allowed to come and visit.
15.
Can we do the cooking by ourselves? And can we do the washing and
cleaning by ourselves?
Ans: Yes, of course, you
may have your own cooking. But the cleaning and washing should be
done by our organization only.
16.
Do you allow us to keep our private helpers with us?
Ans:
Under normal
circumstances no. It could be decided on case to case basis depending
on the need.
17.
When we go out of station do we have to pay the monthly expenses still?
Ans:
The Food and certain specific expenses need not be paid.
